I have tried some developers and they have not been able to complete the job so unfortunately we are reposting.

we need a new website to showcase Photographs
Look at these references and watch the video

also look at http://jeremycowart.com/portfolio/ - the website needs to be smooth and work like this site in many ways
the design is already done and we have PSD ready.
The Final site needs to be fully content Managed so it will be easy for us to add galleries and images
All photographs need to be easily shared across facebook , pinterest + Twitter
Needs to be very SEO efficient.
MOST IMPORTANT THAT THE SITE FUNCTIONS ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS IN PARTICULAR IPHONE AND OTHER TABLETS AND SMARTPHONES.
If you can not guarantee all of the above please do not apply !!
The developer is responsible for ironing out all bugs ... NOT US ! we are not interested in searching through the site for technical errors across multiple platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Please send portfolio of similar work by URL's and NOT attachments
Please provide the following :
- a technical document outlining :
- what framework should be used to make the site and why ?
- outline on security for the site
- a quote for the finished site including all and any changes that may need to be done along the way
please note that we need the price to be final including all changes and variations and changes that we may require on the way to completion.
The final site may not be used for any portfolio or advertising use by the designer unless permission is given by us.
Unfortunately we have lost a lot of time with other developers who could not finish the project 100 % so we need this done URGENTLY.
If you cannot complete the work you will not get paid.
Final payment to be made on 100% COMPLETION.
