Wordpress Front-End Theme Editor

Project Description:
Custom theme with frontend editor and drag and drop page builder.

Theme must be:

multilanguage ready
options for fluid and fixed designs for header, menu, footer, content.
Bgcolor for every main element with option to image from bd or upload. (optionspage like almost every theme)
Insert content direct from front-end
Sliders with automatic grab content, post or page options(nivo, jquery...most common sliders)
Random buttom for design-generator
Insert Widgets from front-end

I want a wordpress theme with all the same features above but with its own new and unique personality.

Objective is a theme for design, insert and edit from front-end.

the idea is to load the textures for elements like this one.

i would like and option to load css specific styles for header( menu + logo + slider ) layouts.
wpthemegenerator only have just one place for logo menu social and search.

All the project is already made in psd, html & css.
