Wordpress Newsletter Plugin

I need a wordpress software that allows the site owner to create, send and track newsletter campaign by sending bulk emails to your existing user database on Wordpress. Here are some of the main features: - Create, send and track newsletter campaign - Create follow up messages once a user subscribe - Broadcast messages all or to certain lists/tags - The plugin should have some type of widgets (optin form) so that prospects can subscribe to certain list. - Also the site owner should be able to segment subscribers to different list. - be able to move subscribers to different list using simple logic (i.e. Once the subscriber reaches the end of one list followup message, move him to another prepared list) - The newsletter creation should be very simple but elegant Drag-And-Drop WYSIWYG editor - Have 5-7 simple but beautiful template to start - Must be able to create and save their own template for future use.
