Wordpress Template Design + Modification

We require a template modification for our clients current wordpress site based on the folowing design/layout/color scheme > [login to view URL] /holidays/ Theme we are working from is [login to view URL] as a reference for main content layout We have an existing template we will work from [login to view URL] same as above Template and any required plugins are supplied. The current site is already fully functional with most of the above installed, all thats needed is Design,Configuration and Mods. The site will have disctinct web 2.0 feel ie: glossy buttons big images etc to it so as to appeal to intended audience. In addition we will also include a villa filter search top right sidebar similar to target site. We require a good designer with php skills, who has excellent experience with Wordpress and can show a portfolio of good quality work. An RFP will be provided to assist the intended client comfortably through this project.
