Hi,

First, find a very cheap hosting provider (max $3/month)

Install this wordpress theme http://alienwp.com/themes/oxygen/ for one domain (please check the requirements for this before recommending the hosting provider, specifically check the mysql and php requirements for the theme.

Find 20 images to populate the theme (google images) They have to be finance related, slick and would suit the theme's design. They also have to be the correct size and not skewed when uploaded.

Populate the site with the content, about 20 pages required (I will supply the content)

Install about three plugins, one of them is a contact plugin, one an SEO plugin

Include the logo.

Final result, fully functional website, everything clean and in order.
