Hey,

I have a wordpress site that needs to be completed. I have already done half of the work and the mock design is available in the form of pdf documents. I need the following delivered:

1) customized wordpress login pages according to design
2) integration of 5 pages according to design.
3) some css work to be done to match the design
4) a contact form javascript to debug
