User shorten url and someone to access shorten page must complete survey
I need full script
User must can choose between CPALead, AdscendMedia and AdworMedia
Script must have registration page, login page
On home page stats (how much users, shortened links, money earned and last payout)
After loging stats of earnings today, week and all time arnings
Short Url tab where user can short url end decide what affiliate network want to use
TOP 10 page where user can see top users of hour, day and month
Request payment where user can request payment by paypal , payza etc and will see all payments history
Edit profile where user can change password, email etc
Stats page when user can select link and see Offer Name, Country and Cash from offer
Script must have admin panel when I will see earnings stats, can manage links (delete, susspend), users (ban, activate), see requested payments and complete or deny them, can set % of cash that users get from every offer
Script must bee unique (no clones or nulled versions)
Script must have postback written to CPALead, AdscendMedia and AdworkMedia
