1- the site should work 100% right with no problems
2- the site need to be very very fast like :Dubizzle.com - need to build from zero not to fill it with too many ready modules that make it too slow
3- the site need to be multilingual -- english and arabic - i can help with filling the arabic text
4- the graphic design need to be nice and clear like Dubizzle.com
5- a simple admin panel where i can approve ads pictures .
6- the site has to work right with chrome , firefox and internet explorer
7- payments will be divided on the progress but no full payment till the job is finish
8- functionality and categories need to be exactly like Dubizzle.com
9- i want someone how can depend on him self and not ask too many questions .. he can find the answer on Dubizzle.com and do the same .. but i will be answering all your questions
