e-com with payment gateway (API will be provided) - repost

Project Description:
NOTE: Previous coder has failed to deliver and I am reposting this project for others.
The coder has completed the iPay88 payment gateway setup and integration into OpenCart ecommerce.

I would like the new coder to do the following:
- redesign the website (you have to design and install into the OpenCart skin) - will provide you sample artwork
- setup all menu and add at least 10 products (images, description, weight, price, etc)
- setup shipping cost table and setup into checkout
- ensure to be able to checkout to iPay88 payment gateway that the previous coder has done

We have a local customer would like to have open source e-commerce with a payment gateway. Our local payment gateway is http://www.ipay88.com.


We have done the following:

- Registered the domain and hosting server.
- Created FTP user and mySQL database for your installation.


You have to do the following:

- Use customer existing website design.
- modify existing design and make a similar design concept for e-com

- setup open source e-commerce (let me know what open source you are proposing)
- 10 products with images, shipping setup, etc

- integrate iPay88 with their given API as the e-commerce payment gateway
