hi i have the idea to start a cycling manager site now im not the best person at the design part so im looking for some help.
im looking for a startpage that has a style like this manager site. http://www.onlinesoccermanager.nl/
just now it has to be a cycling manager site.
dont make it exact the same im looking for a unique product.
this has to work on that startpage.
the login + create a new account(seperate page) + change password(popup? or seperate page) + password lost(seperate page) + a place where i can write the daily news.
create account has to have this username, password, password again, email( that will be notified after clicking create account), scrambled picture + field so bots cant keep filling it in , a radio button to accept the terms of services that i will write myself at a later date.
password lost will send a email to the users email with the password so only a password field is needed + scrambled picture and field to prefend bots to do it.
ok secondly i need a design + php + css workout with a nice banner.
900px wide and it has to have a cartoony chacracter on a bike thats placed on a yellow flowly line from left to the right also the text www.wielrennermanager.nl has to be put into the banner in the middle upper area. the rest is up to you it has to fit the startpage style.
the menu on the left side also in the same style. i want a coloured background for the whole page. and the 900px width content area has to be fixed in the middle of the browser if the broweser is bigger then 900px width so the same space on both sides of the content (this includes banner and menu). in the remaining space in the 900px width field i want a nice area to place things in like text or pictures or new php it has to be scaleable and that area needs to look nice and readable.
cartoony chracter:
i need a few moving pictures of the chracter on the bike.

smiling
smiling with thumbs up
sad
holding cash
sick
about 100px by 100px each.
leave me a bid im looking for this project to be done within a week.
once the project is done il integrate it myself. i need the designs, php files, pictures and mysql script to create the tables needed. i will translate it myself in my local language so just use english.
