Experienced only, Existing website clean up and streamline site with new look.
I need to find a new fast and accurate web programmer that is upto date on SEO, I have the new site layout in a staging area, and the old site has been up for 4 years. I need this new site completed in the staging area - tested then moved to active / replacing the existing site? I want the site to work on mobile apps, ie, foxfire, chrome. There is an sql database, Language may be altered from existing site - all text and pictures are provided. Please let me know if you are able to work on all platforms. I need a good programmer able to work with me on other projects also, and maintain sites at a fair price and good work eithic and history. English language and spelling are important.

Please ask for existing site and new look, with text and pictures, created as a mock for the selected programmer. I do not care if you took the test with freelancer - but do not know how to remove the requirement. but you should be very familiar with English.

Wordpress or joomla platform - Build site and debug, I would like someone who would continue working with me as projects and updates arise. A retainer would be paid each month for this project and other website updates and fixes as needed. Please ask any questions if you are interested in this project and an ongoing working relationship over 2013.
