Project Description:
hi, I need to build websites in flash for my customers. looking for someone proffesional who knows how to build proffesional web sites with flash.
currently need to take one jpg file and place moving object on it such as cars and plane passing on the image and probably some text flashing here and there, maybe neon lights.
Since it's an easy project, I will pay no more than 30$, maybe in the next project I will raise the price, for the moment I need to see who can work with me on future projects.
