this project is for ipmap.com this is already up we need to enhance it with more features.

i can provide a php scraper to scrape from any site we want ,,,
a- a user visits the sites and it detects his ip address , the in almost all boxes , there will be automatic results displayed about that city ...
b- they can research any topic by searching in the box like current site
2- we need someone to enhance the map detection , for now , if i am in toronto , it shows sometimes the suburbs ,maybe where the ip is originating from , but we need to zero down on city .. i believe we are using free maxmind version now

I Prefer NON INDIAN DEVELOPERS .. I have nothing against them but this project will suit north american better or european , culture difference will not make it easy to understand my requirements ..
