When someone registers there should be two emails that I receive.
One email will have their personal info along with insurance information and the other email will have the date of the session that they registered for.
This morning I received three of the same email, that being the first one with the personal info but no date, for the same submission but I did not receive any that included the date.
This form used to work ok so I dont know whats happened but i need someone to get to the bottom of it and fix it
