Project Description:
I need a Recipe Database Script Multilanguanal for my Website similar to as chefkoch dot de to write with yii framework (in PHP & MySQL), with front and backend.
- I need a programmer who is able to program a page the same like chefkoch dot de with all this Options.
The script should have a language file so I can translate the page in other languages.
I will retain all rights and copyrights to the project.
Please do not try to sell me pre-made scripts, I need an script write with yii framework.
This project is only for bidders who have experience with these kinds of reverse auction scripts and at best have programmed already scripts as this one.
Programmer will send page URL's as the project is being developed. Programmer will give this project the benefit of his experience by pointing out any area that may be a problem.

Payment Schedule.
10% for advancing
15% to move web site to my server. Payment upon release.
75% for 10 days for testing. Release after testing period.
