However, the website that I need built will not be a Real Estate website.
The completed website will do the following:
1) Businesses to create a profile with images
2) Once a businesses create a profile, they can create paid ads to be listed on the website
3) Users can create profiles as well, sign up / login with Facebook
4) The ads will be searchable by users of the website
5) Users can "favorite" a particular ad or business
6) Businesses can create html based templates to be used on Craigslist.com and Backpage.com
7) Users can rate and leave reviews of businesses
8) The website will have an ad management system where I can add, edit, suspend, delete ads
9) Website will have a user and business admin system where I can manually add, suspend, delete users
9) The website will accept payment for ads submitted by businesses
10) The ads that are created should have an SEO friendly URL
I am more concerned about the functionality of the website than the actual look. The functionality should mirror the website example above. I will provide the specific details of the topic of the site to the winning bidder.
Requirements
The website must be 15 days from the time of the project being awarded.
