If you are telling me you need more than 7 days for this, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
Basically the website needs a layout like this but with many other changes. As this is urgent, I would prefer somebody who can start it right away and can complete it within 6-7 days. It will be superb if you can complete it before that. I got some CSS for this already which will help you work easily. I will provide some audios and word files for the complete details of the project. I will have more of work ahead for the selected bidder. Please keep your bid balanced so it can help me choosing the right candidate without hesitation.
