In out Board / Availability System Changes Required - modification and additional page required

Project Description:
I need modifications done to a PHP In Out Board - availability system for a local fire brigade.

We currently have an In Out board and we require modifications done to it to include new drop down menus and additional items to the page. A requirements document will be sent to the winning bidder. I require a quick turn around time.

Require a 'mobile' style page for ease of use on mobile devices which contains the same data as the PC PHP page. Small amount of MySQL database changes will be required.

Also require a 'Display Board' page for the output of the user page which can be used on a big screen and auto updates every 1 minute.
