What i need is someone that can build a 1 page non cms website . Like a brochure /flyer
A basic site nothing fancy , I need to be able to edit the website via dreamweaver .
The deign aspects from u is site colour . simple header designer .
I need to be able to add text on it and a picture ..
I need this as cheap as possible as i have a few in the future that need doing and i want to build a good relationship with a designer and pass all work on .
I DONT NEED A CMS SITE I HAVE AN AMAZING DESIGNER FOR THAT ALREADY .
you must have feedback and a portfolio of work .
