Project Description:

I need someone to install the phplist program on my server and create a custom template for me to use as a monthly newsletter. The template must have tracking ability, subsribing ability and unsubscribing ability. Design is VERY important as this must be clean and aesthetically pleasing.

    The phplist is installed. Only template customization needed. Design is of utmost importance. Also ned to track the clicks through phplist and design the newsletter subscribe page to integrate into the website
