site will
• Maintain complete accounting records for each property
• Track tenants, association owners, charges and payments
• Give property owners and board members online access
• Receive maintenance requests and generate work orders
• Accept payments
• Give residents online account access
• Give online access to owners and property management team and posible limited access to tenants
• provide a rental listing , sales listing to Market and fill vacancies online
