Hello,
So, here I am creating Website + Mobile device app for a real estate portal.
I want to duplicate gumtree.com.au.... but at this stage, I ONLY want to do the accommodation section. Another site is http://au.easyroommate.com/
The purpose of the site is for students/travellers/ etc to find a room for rent.
I am a designer myself, and I like a great slick design style. Because I am extremely busy on other projects, I don't even have a logo.
For both the website and the ipone/android/ipad app I would like them to be very neat and easy to view, with google map location and photo library of the houses listed to be easy to see.
I am wanting users to pay to subscribe, perhaps a basic listing can be free, and then
like gumtree's method, pay a little extra to boost a listing to the top to be seen, or put an urgent flag on the ad, etc.
Please have a look at both websites, and let me know what you are able to do for me.
