build a website for realestate that will have form for gatering customer info. need this website that is my competitor redesigned with same features and very similar but not same made for me. www.bestmortgageoffers.ca and converted so that the forms fields relates to realestate... ie, the form will ask instead of mortgage it will ask what type of home you want to buy, do you need the home evaluated for free, are you planing renovations before you sell it etc.... overall the look and feel will be like the competitor site, simple and clean, etc
i will pay you 50% initial milestone when you make the site completely on your server, and 50% when you install it on mine. need done in 3-4 days or less same number of pages, same functionality just different look and little bit different text
