I am creating the layout and home page content for a very simple site that will need to have the same functionality as this one:

We will need to have site visitors be able to fill out a form or share on Twitter or Facebook, just as shown here: http://www.bayermigraineformula.com/en/coupon-bayer-migraine-formula/
And then to be able to print a coupon.
I will be providing the graphics for the site. We already have the domain and hosting account.
Please include the estimated time. Completion is urgent!
