upgrade paypal shopping cart

Project Description:
I have a PHP website that needs to be cleaned up.This website is an online store that uses PayPal.
At the moment there is an issue when a product is purchased.An e-mail is sent confirming purchase but the item purchased and persons address is not listed in the e-mail.I would like to be able to have all purchases with addresses/products sold etc sent to my e-mail .
I would like the paypal method improved or upgraded

I need someone with skills in editing and improving a PHP website.Changes need to be made to the site and some problems fixed.

Google displays a message that this website may harm your computer-this needs to be removed.

Google location map to be transferred to home page.

Facebook likes on products needs to be added/changed-the site needs to be more Facebook friendly

clock and date added to site

here are the requirements

when a product is purchased I receive an e-mail for amount from paypal, but there is no address for person and what item is sold.
also e-mail comes from my site but similar problem with items and address.
this results in me having to log into the website each time to get details of sales.

when the buyer is putting in their details there is no need for a phone number to be filled in but it is then requested/ the phone number was not a default before as this was removed but there is still an issue with it

When I log into the admin side of the website- the website will display an error message 20 minutes later.This results in the website having to be reloaded from a previous version.any changes that have been made to the site are then lost
Google message of maleware to be fixed.
site will have to be verified by google again.
google will have to accept site and not display message

this is the main problem- if number 2 is not done then project is not complete

as discussed once google verify s that the site is okay we will consider the job complete once the items are done aswell

3) links on the home page needed to be fixed

there is 2 pictures on the home page that you can click,but they dont bring you to the correct part of the site.
i just want this part to be fixed to bring you to correct section

4) Google location map to be transferred to home page.

5)clock and date added to site (where and how? what will be the function?)
not sure how important having a live clock on the website would be.
have you done them before.
