Project Description:
I'm looking to build a website from scratch. It would not need e-commerce capability or heavy design graphics, but it would require messaging, uploading content/photos, some search/location features, and other. Looking for a relatively quick turnaround time (<1 month). Templating ideas from various sites, for something internationally (you would not need to know the local language but would need some comfort with ambiguity and translating display to another language). There would definitely be a mobile app component that would come after the site buildout.
