Phase 1 - analyse existing website and provide re-design options (we may choose to remain with current design) - review code for expansion
We want to expand the site to allow users to:
NEW USERS - 1
a. Register online
b. Complete an application form
c. Able to upload files to account
d, Data from the application form to be merged with word or pdf as convenient
e. Some of the data used to run reports and cross checks EG - if applicant provides a company name or ABN, do an ASIC seach and email copy of search results to admin with below data
f. The forms emailed to user and to admin, also email admin the uploaded info
g. Data from application form to be added to main database and to secondary excel database
h. more as needed
EXISTING USERS - 2
a. Ability to create users who are already our customers - to send them a username and temp password
b. When the user logs in, they need to be able to action various different areas:
(i). Commission Reports - when ever new reports are added to the user account, an email to be sent to the user advising them of this to log in etc as well as sending copies of what has been added to the email - info sorted by month and year
(ii). registration document section
(iii). Submit a Loan - here the user would be able to submit data with choices of different actions.... What type of loan... Residential Loan, Commercial Loan, Car Loan etc etc, then based on this, the user gets further choices ... Do you know which Bank you would like to submit to? ... choice St.George, Westpac, B2B Residential etc etc.... then more choices, Do you know which lender you would like to use? offer to either type a name or select by area... if type in name, then site needs to do a live search and offer suggestions, ... then user to add customer's details, all these details will then be merged with word or pdf what ever is easier, with some info being emailed to user, some to selected lender, all to admin, captured data to be added to databases... if user wants to send info to multiple lenders or go back in later and re-send info a different lender.
(iv). for users a section of their clients submitted loans - to allow various reporting to be run such as sorting etc
(v). user can run marketing from within our website.... send an email to all contacts but from their email account - is that possible?
General Marketing Section - 3
this section all logged in users have access to... they can download various templates to use on their own or use the template with option 2.b.(v) above
Admin section. - 4
a. run reports on users based on various different factors
b. run reports based on loans submitted
c. edit user accounts, upload files to their commission sections, registration docs section
d. updated user submitted loans to settled, add things like settlement date, loan amount, account number, bank etc
e. database to send the user an email a week prior to annual anniversary for each settled loan -
f. email marketing via the website - ability to send emails as to all users individually (not grouped) just 1 at a time, but all automated.... must build an editable email template to allow admin to easily add images, text etc etc
g. Is it possible to create a document sharing section that I can grad and drop a file on my PC and it will sync with the user's account as per section 2.b.(i) above
