Hello i need a custom Wordpress Website Created,1. it needs to be created as a file or theme that i can use on different url's as a single file upload, or as few steps as possible, i have my own server with cpanel and all sites will be hosted on my server so all setting will be the same, it has fantastico installed
2. a image at the top of site that can be at least 900pixels across
3. built in newsletter fuction
4. language translator, english, spanish, shown by default
5. admin optional control of allowing posts for only registered visitors only
6. page buttons on left
7. admin menu control buttons on top of page not on left
8. make the log in say "Create Account"
9. simplyfie the post comment feature
10. all white with black verdana text
11. areas to inject Google ads if desired
12. change the log in page to have no wordpress logo just text
13. tell a friend feature, limit to 5 or less email address to refer to when a comment is being posted
payment is half down and the other half upon completion in a escrow account.
