I require a creative graphic designer that is excellent at producing clean web designs. You will then be required to create the home page of the website. (3 mockup concepts and allow revisions till i am happy) You will be required to create 2 inner page designs and allow revisions till i am happy. Your programming skills and knowledge of wordpress will be excellent.. You to convert the concept designs into a high quality, cross-browser compatible valid XHTML/ CSS markup, wordpress theme. it must be:- - XHTML/CSS Valid code - Completely SEO Optimized, for great Search Engine Rankings - Widget ready - Cross browser tested (Internet Explorer 6-7,8, FireFox, chrome) - SEO optimized Once you have created the theme, you will need to add 15 pages of content and FORMAT each page so it is APPEALING and ATTRACTIVE and professional looking. Find, Modify, Install & configure any relevant plugins as required. eg photo gallery, membership.. There may be more plugins to install... This website will be used like a membership.. Members will need to be logged on the view content. Members can only view content, not modify content. You will need to find a plugin that can do this.. (It can be a paid plugin, I will buy it) I will also give you an excel spreadsheet of the user (approx 900 users) that will have their name, username, password which you will need to setup.
