I am looking for a website that is nearly identical to Yext.com
Basically, a business signs up for service and pays a monthly fee to subscribe. They then have access to an admin section to update their store information. Basic info includes:
Business Name, Business Category, Address, Phone.
Expanded info included: Detailed Description, store hours, logo, website, email, photos/video.
Promo Section allows them to enter a promo. With the promo, there should be the ability to schedule a start/end date/time for the promo.
This info is then "pushed" (syndicated) to many online directories including (http://www.yext.com/products.html):
Yahoo!, Yelp, WhitePages, MapQuest, Superpages, Citysearch, Local.com, Foursquare, YellowBot, MerchantCircle, eLocal, EZlocal, GetFave, Local Database, ShowMeLocal, Topix, CitySquare, LocalPages, MojoPages, Yellowise, YellowMoxie, Tupalo, Avantar, Co-Pilot, Cricket, HopStop, MetroPCS, Navmii, Where To?, 411.com, Switchboard, PhoneNumber.com, Best of the Web, Patch, CliqSearch, ChamberofCommerce.com, USCity.net, YellowPageCity.com, AmericanTowns.com, 8coupons, alike, Factual.
As you can see, there are many API's to integrate.
I would also like the ability to group these directories into packages. For instance, I may have a base package that only includes 5 of the directories listed above for $10/month. Then 15 directories for $20/month and all 35 for $30/month. In addition to setting up tiers for the directories, I would like to break up the content into three levels- basic, detailed and detailed+
Basic: Business Name, Category, Address and Phone
Detailed: All of Basic plus Description, hours, logo, website, email, photos/video
Detailed+: All of detailed plus dynamic promo capabilities.
I will likely charge an extra $5/month for "Detailed" and an extra $10/month for "Detailed+"
So a customer that wants all directories would pay $35/month for 'Basic', $40/month for 'Detailed' and $45 for 'Detailed+'
Please take the time to really study the yext.com site if you are not familiar with it. This page shows you a list of directories and what is included in the published info:
Also, they don't offer Google. It would be great to offer Google but that may require manual set-up verification initially which is okay with me. Then they can manage from their admin dashboard.
I am looking for a very well designed and usable site similar to Yext.com. Please ignore the "Enterprise" & "Reseller" sections on Yext.com and only focus on the "Small Business" and "PowerListings Products" sections.
This is a major project with a lot of database work, numerous API integrations, client admin interface, client reporting requirements, package configuration capabilities and e-commerce with recurring charges. (likely use Paypal Pro).
