Programming of a website offering virtual deal rooms as virtualdealdox dot com
(the application will be part of a community site later)
Companies can generate a password secured section (deal room) on our server where they can upload office documents and videos that they can show to users in within their own password secured section. (company can lock passwords later if wanted)
SSL data encryption, high security level required
Automatic convertion of uploaded office files (ppt, doc, xls) to pdf-format including a watermark (confidential document + name + e-mail of user) which will be included when the document is viewed, downloaded or printed
video download not permitted
Tracking reports that show who has been looking at the documents
Company can add or delete documents, the number and arrangement of Folders and Files is virtually unlimited and completely flexible
Each user gets his own password
The deal room consists of three levels:
1.
Confidelity agreement should be digitally signed by user before he can access content of the deal room
2.
All users with a password can see documents and print them (1 to many)
3.
Each user can discuss and negotiate with the company about documents in a secured room private from other users (1to1 forum)
