We are looking for someone to develop toolbars for IE and Firefox. Please see the attached description of requirements. Please describe your experience with toolbars in your bid.

A sample of the requirements is:

Main UI Items shown on the toolbar:

+ Logo button ??" clicking links to a URL and drops down to menu ??" see below

+ Search box ??" is resizable, and is dropdown for recent searches. Search box also auto completes based on entries in search history.

+ Search Web button ??" clicking links to URL with search box text as parameter, also a drop down menu ??" see below.

+ Block Pop-up button - toggles popup blocking on and off

+ Highlight button - toggles on and off the highlighting of search terms on the displayed page

+ Word Find buttons - appears to provide quick searching of the current page for entered terms

Additional Key Points

+ We will supply the graphics for the UI

+ Must not be flagged as malware (adware, spyware, etc.) by security software

+ May not used [url removed, login to view] library or components (Because we have found toolbars produced by their Toolbar Studio are flagged as malware)

+ Auto-updating functionality should be included.

+ We would like to have the source code for the finished toolbar, but can discuss options with the developer.

+ Download size should be 800kb or less

+ We want to support multiple languages, preferably in one install that can change languages though a settings option

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

+ Want versions for both IE and Firefox ??" can work on one at a time, but want quotes for both before starting.

+ Toolbars should support IE 6.0+ and Firefox 1.5+

+ Should support Windows 2000/XP, and we’d like to discuss implications of possibly supporting 98/ME
