Emergency! Needs to be ready at 4pm GMT today. - We need a simple EXCEL worksheet to plan budget and milestones for a project. We have 17 milestones that are distributed to certain quarters on a 5 quarters work plan. There are fixed budgets for each milestone.
Your task is to set up an EXCEL sheet for this workplan (we will provide a sample) and distribute the budget of the milestones to three categories of workers. This distribution must meet certain criteria that we will provide. We need two versions: One based on quarters and one based on single months.
The excel form does not have to be executable, as I only need the two filled out versions once and I do not want to re-use the form for further calculations. So the main task is to set up the form and distribute the costs in the work plan so that they fit with the end-sum.
For the quarterly version we need a zoom-in/zoom-out bar like in the attachment.
