Extract from Outlook emails

Information needs to be automatically extracted from an email and inserted into a spreadsheet. Example email and spreadsheet in attached zip file. There may be one or two sets of information in the email (one or two people). If present, both need to be extracted. The spreadsheet name is the name of the event. If the spreadsheet does not exist (this is the first booking) then the spreadsheet must be created. The user must be able to set a parameter that contains the folder name for saving the spreadsheets. If it is simpler, then we can accept a relational DB (eg Access) and all bookings are simply inserted into a table there. In this case, the name of the event becomes another column. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. That's what's happening here. Two of three people agreed, in good faith we established this request. The third has returned from holiday and insisted on some additions. The new requirement is to create a database (pref Access) from the info, extracted from a NetSuite system. The Access db is to include rudimentary CRM functions (eg mass mailing to selected groups) and maybe some financial records (eg who has paid for an event).
