InstallShield project format converter

Hi bidders; I am developping a brand new software installer for windows platform and want my application has the import capability of other installation software's project files. My aim is to give to my users the ability of easly transport their existing installation project to my software. I need a software that will read InstallShield project files to decode and report the installation process. The software should report **whole things** that will be occured on the target system when the installation package executed such as; file and folder create-modification-deletion, system settings/registry changes, location and names of source files contained in the installation package, file executions, downloads, uninstall process etc. **I need the delphi code that can do the job, and I will embed it to my project. For this reason I do not need a complete GUI but a simple test application that I can use while testing the job.** The code should be commented out in English, tho give information me on each variable, procedure and functions. Commercial third party libraries and components is not allowed unless my aggreement. OpenSource and free libraries or components may be used but whole must be given with the job. The code should be written on delphi2007. regards.
