Macro Document in Microsoft Word

CREATE MACRO TEMPLATE FOR LETTERHEAD IN MICROSOFT WORD (Vsion 2000) I need 2 buttons in toolbars one called "Ltr" and "Fax" which will launch the template in word template or macro document The attached Letter template is in microsoft powerpoint as I did not know how to format the address & telephone details in the bottom RH corner in a word document. The Fax template is in Microsoft word - so nothing to convert. ## Deliverables I am a consultant to a number of clients. The method I store client correspondence is to have one "[login to view URL]" file per client per year where all documents/correspondence pertaining to the client are listed in the general doc file from beginning of the year in date order. This facilitates ease of searching files in date order. ideally - when I get to the 2nd page of a document - the smaller version of my letterhead logo will appear with no address in the corner. The challenge is to automate page numnbering given a word document contains many letters/correspondence. Ideally, the system is programmed to count the number of pages from the start of EITHER the Letter of fax Header page given my general document file will be very large with multiple letters. I would like the numbering system to be "Page 1 of say 5" etc - centered at the end of each page. The automatic reference system of where the document in stored (per fax template) should be copied in the letter template when this is converted to word. Note when converting the Microsoft powerpoint document into word - it will need to fit/be modified to cater for the default word document set-up. The automatic set-up for word is the same as the fax template.
