Mobile phone number extract from my outlook emails

I get 100s of emails each day from job applicants as I run a recruitment company. All the emails go into outlook 2007 each day into a folder in my inbox. What I have to do at the moment is go into each email and copy and paste the mobile phone number into a notebook file then I can upload this and bulk text them to thank them for there job application to us. I would like a program or add on to outlook, there may already be one someone can recommend I purchase and help me setup? or if not create an outlook add on or program to extract the mobile phone numbers from a specified outlook directory, the mobile phone numbers could be within the body of the email or attachment (i.e there CV), which are normally word documents or pdf. Say 25 applicants emails are in this directory, the program would extract the mobile number from each email or attachment to email and paste them listed in a single notepad file with 25 numbers listed.
