PHP Fix for Open Source App

I have Group Office Community installed <[url removed, login to view]>

This is PHP/MySQL on a Windows 2003 Standard server.

Everything works fine except for the file module which throws an error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

this is likely to be due to configuration however, I am uncertain of this and need someone with PHP and Windows Skills to fix the problem for me.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
