Recipe Organizer

Desktop application: consumer-grade recipe creator / organizer (similar to "BigOven" or "Cook'n" or "LivingCookbook" but better navigation and nicer looking), With added ability to export recipe cards and print recipes. ? Database/formatted files? of recipes will be stored on user's computer (local). Would like to give user different (possibly fixed, finite set of) layout / design options for exported recipe cards.? ? We have access to design experience, and so there is an expectation of a professional look, will advise where necessary. Willing to arrange for continued relationship with coder / team for maintenance, updates, etc. Have already developed prototype version of software in macro-enabled powerpoint show to demonstrate how to export recipe cards. If possible, would like trial version and serial-number-protected version of finished product. It is expected that the project could be easily completed in VB (Windows Platform Foundation?) or something similar.
