Sandbox software for Windows

we need to have developed a program to securely run and test software (a sandbox software). The software should be an EXACT CLONE of the program sandboxie ([login to view URL]) with all functionalities and features. You will basically need to develop a way to avoid that a software program is modifying the hard drive.
