Secure Registration

I have an application the runs in access 2000. We are attempting to put in a registration process. The orginal developer created a VB app that grabs the email address, ip address, and hard drive serial no. The is then submitted to me a second app that creates an encryption using a function called encrypt in VB6. The output is put into a text file in encrypted form that I plugin in to the original vb app. If the decrypted key matches, then it the first vb app writes a key in the windows registry, and the installer continues to install the application. The problem is I want this automated. I want the encryption/ registration process done in php so when a customer installs the app they can go to the website enter the information into web form and get a key back immediately. I am looking for someone who can write or already has a program that uses vb on php. To do the validation. I have a package installer that can test for a value in the registry and determine whether to continue installing or not. I am looking for a fast turn around and something very user friendly for the end user. As much automation as necessary to stream line the process. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB app and our MS Access program only runs on windows 2000 and windows xp. The php registration app is a simple form with email address, and the hash string from the VB app. The php spits out a key the user can copy/paste into the vb program to complete the installation. The php application logs registration in a mysql db. And it checks to see if the email address has already been used, before giving out the code.
