Small access program to keep track of customers!(repost)(repost)

PROGRAM TO KEEP? TRACK OF CUSTOMERS DATA PLUS ABLE TO SIGN USING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE PAD? AND WEB CAM TO TAKE PICTURES. ## Deliverables I want to able to store and retrive on a single screen the following data: name last name address date notarized type of notarization date of document type of document city, state, zip code type of ID expiration date a digitally capture signature a picture taken by a web cam. right now I'm using a program called act!, (I'm attaching several pictures on a word document), so? far is been working fine but it's to slow to open, consume a lot of resources, and we have to make several clicks on different parts of the program in order to save all the correct data I want it with security like admin and user so admin will be the only one to make changes and deletions. I want 2 or 3 users working on the program at the same time (if possible) I'm attaching a very good? example that can? be customized for my needs? and a developer's guide that comes with my electronic signature pad, I hope this might help.
