Software Scope and Application Design

I need a detailed scope written for a software program including optional platforms that would be suited for an accounting type program. I will work directly with the writer/coder to discuss layout, formats, design, and various details of the software application. Bidders should have expertise in web-based application coding, and website design. Auction based application and design experience is a major plus, but not required. Coder should be able to advise on different software platforms and recommend a suitable application(s) based upon the details of the job. You are bidding on the scope of the job and not the actual job. The scope will be written to break the actual project into several stages. Upon completion of the written scope bids will be taken on the actual job. The scope writer will have recommended status on the bidding of the actual job, and/or may be brought in as a consultant for the project. Generally, the project includes website design, web-based software application design of an accounting/reporting nature, graphic design of charts/graphs and customized icons, etc... Winning bidder will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement form upon taking the job. I look forward to working with you! I have included a file containing similar design/graphics to what I will want represented. Additional files and representations will be given to winning coder for development of the scope. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Complete written document and detailed scope of aforementioned software application project including optional formats. ## Platform The program will need to be compatable with Windows 98 and up.
