Greetings everyone, We are running a simple usability test to find the exact size for our web pages. If you are interested in running this two minute test, please post a bid amount of $5.00. We are interested in all Linux flavors, Windows, Mac, Unix with as many variations of browsers possible. Also, even though not stated below if you have time to take a screen shot when you reach steps 3 and 8 that would be great, but if you don't have time that is ok. Computer Setup 1. Set screen resolution to 800 by 600 2. Place task bar at the bottom of the screen 3. When browser window opens, be sure to maximize the window Test 1. Navigate to this url - [login to view URL] 2. Click on the Horizontal Check link 3. Find the horizontal line that fits exactly in side your browser starting from the top and working down. In other words, the first line that does not run off your screen. 4. Write down the number that is attached to the line (""""Please make sure the browser is maximized"""") 5. Close the window 6. At the same url - [login to view URL] 7. Click on the Vertical Check link 8. Find the vertical line that fits exactly in side your browser starting from the left hand side and moving to the right. In other words, the first line that does not run off your screen. 9. Write down the number that is attached to the line (""""Please make sure the browser is maximized""""") 10. Reply by RAC with the numbers you wrote down for the vertical and horizontal lines, your operating system, and your browser, also if screen shots where taken.
