Project Description:
I need to develop a web survey using PHP where the data entered will be stored in a database developed by MySQL. This is using Apache server> I don't need to upload the websurvey online, running it in the local host will be enough. Using the WAMP software will be perfect as it setup PHP, MySQL and Apache automatically in the windows and no need for configuring them manually. I need the survey urgently where after the agreement I can communicate with the selected programmer and provide the content of the survey. Cheers
