eBay Feedback collector and parser

Project Description:
This project is to make a small app that collects and parses feedback data from the eBay website.

A text box will be used to enter the user name. A collect button will collect the user's feedback. Then three buttons will be used to view POSTIVE, NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE feedback.

Data will be collected from http://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/feedback-login.html
I leave to you to figure out how this will work.

Data will be parsed using the icon next to the feedback.
Every positive comment is notated by this image:

Neutral comments by:

and Negative by:

Note the parser will ignore the first occurance of each icon because the are shown at the top of the feedback page.

The end result will display a scroll box listing of the comment, date, auction number and auction link (if available).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Work is not complete until I determine so.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Easy to use GUI.
