Category image instead of no image

Project Description:
I installed origami theme on Wordpress, And client uploaded products from backend, They implement an image to the category, but if they don't upload an image for a product it shows a 'placeholder' image. For example see here: http://earthboundentertainment.com/clients/eatmywords/products/circuit-breakers/general-electric-thqb2130-circuit-breaker/

If you look at admin section, they uploaded the image for manufacturer(category). But they didn't uploaded the image for product. So, what I need is, if they don't upload any image. Show the category image instead of noimage.

Also, there is a section from where we add content on Home Page, but when we apply css changes on admin section they don't reflect on home page for some reason, And I need adjustments on the above product page, like image width and height change, and text alignments etc.

So there are 3 tasks:
- Category image instead of No Image
- CSS issue on home page
- Alignments on product details

I can pay $30 for that.
