Project Description:
This project is to use a Civicrm to design a CRM (Customer relationship management) for a nonprofit charity. The server is LAMP based with Wordpress. The database should have the following capabilities:
Donor Name
Organization Name
Donor Phone
Donor Mobile
Donor Fax
Donor Email
Donor Address
Contribution Amount(s): (there should be several fields for this)
Date(s) of Contributions
There should be a link to email the donor using MS Outlook.
There should be a link to MS Word to write a letter to the donor where the address is already populated.
There should be groups of contributors by amount of donation. For example $1-$100 is Group #1. $101-$500 is group #2. etc.
The donors should automatically be placed into respective groups by contribution amount.
Once all the data is entered the client should be able to sort donors by contribution amounts.
There should be multiple logins for each client user.
