We have a photoshop designed theme that we require to be converted to a working Wordpress theme. The website's navigation bar has already been coded by us, so the only parts that you will need to code will be the main body with sidebar, posts and dynamic content (date info, author info) and footer.
See the attached file. And note already coded by us: background, top navigation with logo.
