Project Description:
I have purchased a Static HTML Template to Wordpress Theme and need someone to quickly and cost effectively convert it into a WP theme I can easily upload.

Based on the instructions I've read online this seems like a relatively simple task, but since I don't know CSS & PHP, it's just beyond my grasp.
